Is it me or does there seem to be a lot of divorce in the celebrity world these days? Nick and Jessica have decided something that we as a society decided long ago. Just like us, they can’t stand each other. I just read about Christina Applegate divorcing her lesser known actor husband. I wonder if her being a known entity and him being known only as Christina Applegate’s husband had anything to do with it?

I also just found out that Britney and Kevin’s marriage is in trouble, though Britney is determined to stay unhappily married to spite all the millions and millions of people who knew this wouldn’t work. Also in music divorce news, Eddie Van Halen and Valerie Bertinelli are divorcing after 24 years of marriage and a kid named Wolfgang. I have to tell you, I could have sworn they were divorced years ago. Hopefully this will get Eddie back into the studio and do something, anything.

But just when you think the whole world has gone crazy and everyone is splitting up, you read about the nuptials of Marilyn Manson. After a four year courtship, Manson recently married his longtime squeeze, Heather Sweet. You may know her as burlesque dancer and fetish model Dita Von Teese.
