Valentines’ Day is coming up and I know all of you can’t wait for this scam of a “holiday.” Some of you love this day. Some of you may enjoy giving Valentines’ cards to those you love. Some of you may love Law & Order: SVU on NBC. I have something that combines those two things like chocolate and peanut butter.
