The Greatest Sing-a-Long Song of all time?

What's your favorite sing-a-long song of all time?

No Piccu, you singing "I Feel Pretty" in the shower doesn't count.

I'm thinking songs like LOLA, She Talks to Angels, Hey Jude, or Margaritaville.

No Bratch, you singing "A Spoonfull of Sugar" in the truck doesn't count.

Maybe you like All My Rowdy Friends, The Devil Went Down to Georgia, or I've Got Friends in Low Places.

No Me, me singing "Are You Strong Enough To Be My Man" in the car doesn't count.

Country, rock, folky, gospel, whatever. What's your favorite?

I will thank you to stay out of my shower. I happen to like I Feel Pretty.

I think I am have too many to narrow down to one but we have to let Bad Medicine and Lay your Hands on Me vie for the top spot.

I'm thinking Margaritaville might be the best, if not my favorite. Nearly everyone knows it, or at least well enough to fake it. It's a classic frat/bar song. Any guy with a guitar is required to learn it so his buddies will like him more.

But for me, its either She Talks to Angels or LOLA.

I do loves me some She Talks to Angels. Wooz and I put on quite a duet at Car Quest one night belting that song out at the top of our lungs. Good times.

I'm not sure I can pin down a favorite, but after you posted this this I downloaded two obscure songs from iTunes that are good sing-a-long songs.

"Dancin' in the moonlight"--King Harvest

"Brandy(you're a fine girl)"--Looking Glass

Two fine choices bratch.

I also considered Roxanne. No one sings it well, but we all sing it.

Boys....boys....boys *shakes head* you're forgetting some pretty important sing-a-long or Kareoke songs here:

1. "I Will Survive" Becuase someone always has a point to make when singing in public.

2. "I've Got You Babe" has been one that I have sung once or twice as a duet at kareoke.

3. "Dream On" you don't have to do the scream thingy, but you know you sing it each time it's onthe radio.

4. "Here I Go Again" Another awesome sing-a-long, especially when in the car with a buddy.

"sing along" implies that everyone should be able to enjoy and participate, so many songs that i love are instantly cut out.

as a frequent of many a college karoake bar, i find that total eclipse of the heart and living on a prayer are on the top of the list as wisconsin sing along favorites. but that may be the liquor singing...

in my dream world everyone would sing along to any and all weezer, but i think that's asking a bit too much.

If we're talking bar sing a longs it's gotta be Piano Man by Billy Joel.
Call me old but for singing along in the car I still like: Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and Mr. Roboto by Styx.
