Everybody snacks. It's a proven fact. Even Fiona Apple and Kate Moss snack. Of course they have a sugar granual and call it a day, but it's still snacking.
When I'm exercising regularly (like I am right now) I find that snacking becomes a big hobby of mine. Turns out that burning more calories makes you crave more calories. Who'da thunk it? I'm a big fan of snacking on cereal.
It's almost ritualistic that around 9PM I'm pouring a bowl of something to be coated in milk and consumed while watching Good Eats on Food Network. Right now I'm munching on Fruity Cheerios, that technically are my 19 month old son Aiden's. So I'm going to have to make a run to Kroger to get something else.
What do you snack on? Cereal? Hostess cakes? Fruit? Veggies (you're so good!)? Bacon (you're so bad!)?

Oh jeebus...what do I snack on? I'll give you a quick run down:
1. Quaker Oats Oatmeal Bars 25% less sugar (the mixed berry is my fave.)
2. Soft peppermints (the ones you buy in a tub at Wal-Mart)
3. 100 Calories snack packs (such as 'tater chips, or oreos, or lorna doons)
4. Special K cereal bars
5. Baby carrots or raw red bell peppers. (I have to fight the dog for the baby carrots though.)
Anything that is available at the time. Sometimes that is fruit, sometimes it IS bacon.
I like a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a glass of milk most times, especially with blueberry jelly.
I had a pb&j the other night. Except these days it's low fat PB and "Just Fruit" from Kroger. Still good, but it doesn't have the sugary goodness I remember from childhood.
